New explosion demo

Hi,

I have improved the explosion demo by adding per-pixel effects to it :

• The shockwave is now a displacement effect rather than a wave texture
  
• The smoke is now lit and has a normal map to fake volumetric smoke
  

The demo is not on the svn yet as it is experimental features and I need to better integrate them to SPARK.
